How we Work
The process of business analysis starts after the business requirements are documented and the BRD (Business Requirements Document) is available.
Once the requirements are captured they must be validated against the client organisation’s requirements/business case for any given project.
Once the product is tested and ready to be deployed it is released formally in the appropriate market. Sometimes product deployment happens in stages as per the business strategy of that organization.
