The partnership between Africquest Information Systems and Sphola International has been almost 10 years in the making. This has culminated in joining forces in terms of a shared vision of upliftment of the african youth in Southern Africa.
We have partnered with Sphola International, a training, mentorship, and work placement consultancy to enhance lifelong learning by leveraging our expertise in technology and innovation in order to enhance the consultancy’s expertise to develop tailored training programs, implement structured mentorship initiatives, and create meaningful work placement opportunities that foster continuous upskilling and reskilling within a variety of both local and international organizations.
This collaboration involves co-designing skill-based learning paths, integrating mentoring into internships and continuous development programs, and utilizing the consultancy’s network for placements, which in turn cultivates a proactive, growth-oriented culture that attracts talent and boosts overall workforce adaptability.
